Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and rm1cuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rm1cuci website accessible at https://rm1cuci.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you affirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or matching funds credited to an Account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a game outcome, sports event, or other eligible event through the Platform.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing certain withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under these Terms.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on rm1cuci is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rm1cuci reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the depositing payment method following identity verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use by players who access it in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country or region of residence. rm1cuci does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on rm1cuci. This policy applies across all households and shared devices. Members found to operate multiple accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially — will have all associated accounts suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals held pending investigation. Genuine account access issues must be resolved through the official support channel.

3.4 Eligibility Declarations

By registering, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Are not acting on behalf of a third party;
• Are not a current or former employee, agent, or affiliate of rm1cuci or any of its associated entities;
• Are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gaming operator;
• Will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotions on rm1cuci, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rm1cuci will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rm1cuci may request identity verification at any stage of your membership. Standard KYC requirements include a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence), and, where applicable, verification of the payment method used. Accounts with pending KYC requests may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed to the satisfaction of our compliance team.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active investigations, pending chargebacks, or suspected fraud may be held for a reasonable period during which the investigation is conducted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

rm1cuci supports a range of deposit methods designed for Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in USDT TRC20, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is RM 1.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are processed in real time where the payment network supports it. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically reflected instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum of one network confirmation before funds are credited. rm1cuci does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method as approved by our payments team. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following indicative timeframes:

rm1cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested under conditions of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering, or pending disputes may be delayed or held pending resolution.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are a minimum of RM 50 and a maximum of RM 500,000 per day for verified accounts. Unverified accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of RM 5,000 until KYC is completed. Limits may be adjusted at the discretion of rm1cuci for VIP members or under special circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional offers issued by rm1cuci are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the applicable promotion page. These terms include but are not limited to: the wagering requirement (rollover), game contribution percentages, minimum and maximum bet sizes during bonus play, expiry periods, and maximum cash-out caps.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a rollover requirement before any winings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. As a general guideline, rollover requirements on rm1cuci range from 10x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all rm1cuci bonuses unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Maximum bet per spin or per bet during active bonus play:RM 250. Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the promotional validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated per promotion).
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, email address, or payment method.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

rm1cuci actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play across accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, rm1cuci reserves the right to void bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Member's account.

Betting Rules & Void Bets

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on rm1cuci are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event. For slots and RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by the live dealer under rules of the specific game variant. For sports betting, the applicable league or event rules govern the outcome of markets.

7.2 Void Bets

rm1cuci reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before completion of the minimum play required to settle the market;
• The bet was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error by our pricing team or system;
• Technical error resulted in an incorrect game outcome being displayed;
• The bet was placed using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment funds;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Where a bet is declared void, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Balance. Void bets will not count toward any rollover or wagering requirement.

7.3 Errors and Omissions

In the event of a system error, human error, or technical malfunction that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, rm1cuci reserves the right to correct the error retroactively. Winings credited in error are not the property of the Member and will be reclaimed. rm1cuci will not be liable for any financial loss suffered as a result of a system error beyond returning the original stake amount.

Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the rm1cuci platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC, impersonating another individual, or using the account of another person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through hedging, arbitrage, multi-accounting, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonus funds;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal human participation;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback filed without genuine grounds will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. rm1cuci is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with rm1cuci staff, agents, or other members.

Responsible Gambling

rm1cuci is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be engaged in as a source of income or as a means of resolving financial difficulties.

9.1 Self-Management Tools

rm1cuci provides the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure in-session notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to suspend their account for a defined period (minimum 30 days, up to 5 years, or permanently) may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders during play sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property on the Platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of rm1cuci. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm1cuci and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;
• Technical errors, system failures, or data transmission issues;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, rm1cuci's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall rm1cuci's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against rm1cuci must be resolved individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Amendments to These Terms

rm1cuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated "Last Updated" date at the head of this document.

Your continued use of the rm1cuci platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
